At Sedgewick Homes, we pride ourselves in being a turn-key builder that can help you through every step of the process. We work with you to develop a detailed budget for your custom home and all the necessary site work allowances to build on your lot. We believe in “building your house on paper” first to allow for every detail to be considered before we commence construction. This helps our customers to know what all their options are and prevents unexpected cost overruns and delays during the construction phase.

Each of our sales centers operates as a one-stop shop that allows you to select all the materials and colors to personalize your new home. We have a proven process of doing a detailed site analysis, a custom floor plan review, a design studio day with a dedicated coordinator to help bring your vision to life, and a pre-construction meeting to review all the stages of your home during construction and your warranty period.
