Words will never express our gratitude to the whole team at Sedgewick Homes, but a few things out of many that stood out was your kindness, we were not just customers but we felt like family. We felt like there was nothing we couldn’t ask and no question was a ridiculous question. Our sales consultant answered so many questions between the first meeting and the final contract meeting and he made sure we understood and that nothing was left unanswered. Another quality that stood out was how Sedgewick Homes took the stress out of building a site built home. The showroom was great to look at during the color selection and putting the details into the house. The stress that come with all those decisions quickly faded when you walk through and see how simple it is to put all of them together and it still be the house that you had envisioned. Our journey could not have been complete without a WONDERFUL contractor like Arlo. We heard stories where people would build a house and if they didn’t stay at the site daily they never knew what was going on and things were not like they were supposed to be. This was never the case with Sedgewick Homes. Arlo made sure we stayed in the know about what was happening and getting ready to take place, and this was very important to us because everything happens so fast. Thanks Arlo!! As you can see we could go on and on about how much we appreciate all you have done for us but time and paper will not allow….but from the very bottom of our hearts we want to say THANKS for everything and we have and will continue to recommend Sedgewick Homes to others for their building experience.
I am sold on Sedgewick Homes! You know how to take care of home owners with a proven system! The home we built was for myself and my parents, who were in FL throughout the process. It was a huge undertaking for me but I never felt alone because of the exceptional team from Sedgewick. The Superintendent included me each step of the way and kept me well informed. We had a couple of times that we needed to discuss adjustments, but his handling of the situations prevented me from feeling stressed; excellent problem solving skills! Hello, my name is Paula. My home burned to the ground in October of 2011 and I really didn’t know what I was going to do. I talked to a couple contractors and they were supposed to give me a price and blueprint on building me a new home, but a month went by and I heard nothing. A really good friend of my son’s gave me a card from Sedgewick Homes, so I called them and got an appointment to meet with them to talk about what I wanted in a new home. I had a picture of a house I wanted and with their plans we got just as close as we could get. They let me make changes to the plans so the house would be my home. They always kept me informed on everything that was going on; from the drawing of the blueprints through the actual building of my new home. If I had any questions at all, no matter how little or big I thought it was, they always took the time to answer them. All of the people I met while having my new home built were nice, from the beginning to the end. I’m so pleased with Sedgewick Homes and all the people that work for them! I now have a beautiful new home and it’s all thanks to Sedgewick Homes. I will always be sure to tell anyone that asks who built my home to call them. Thank you.

The Best Decision” that my husband and I have ever made was to get Sedgewick Homes to build our house. In the beginning, our sit-downs with our sales consultant were very informative and she was extremely knowledgeable about any question we threw at her. She could answer a lot of them or she offered to find out the answer and would call us and she did. It was the easiest processes we went through. Sedgewick had so much to choose from in their showroom but even when we thought we wanted something else she’d go to the internet or make some phone calls to get what we wanted. All of it was about what “we wanted”. Then, the house began…Arlo and the crews he used were amazing and unbelievable but we have photos as proof. My husband and I joked that watching them work would make our hearts beat faster. Everyday they’d make so much progress it was amazing. We didn’t want to leave the house because we were afraid we’d miss so much. If something came up and we made mention of it, it was handled to our satisfaction and was completed that day or the next few days. All we did was make mention of something and it was finished. It was so easy that it was scary at times but they all came through just like they said. Even now, weeks after the last check was cut, they are still checking in with us to make sure that everything is to our satisfaction and working properly. “To Good To Be True” is the saying and Sedgewick is…Great! We would and will recommend Sedgewick to those we know and don’t know. They are amazing and “The Best Decision We Ever Made”!

My wife and I had looked at several options for our new home. We looked at manufactured, modular and stick built. We found Sedgewick and looked at the plans. We went to see the model homes. We started the planning process and we were very impressed with the whole process. Our Superintendent did a great job in preparing us for the process. He was honest and open with where our house was in the phases of construction. He set real expectations and kept in weekly contact with us. If there were problems he let us know why and when to expect them to be resolved. We moved in this past weekend and are looking forward to enjoying our new home for many years to come.
